It is highly recommended that you bring your own food and water. Racers can receive food and water from anyone and anywhere on the course. They can also receive mechanical support from anyone, even parts from another bicycle, or a different bicycle, as long as they have the owners permission. They must have the number plate attached to the bicycle they are riding. All racers should be clear of the trail for all support and repairs. Racers riding have the right of way.

Deviation from the marked course will result in disqualification unless the competitor reenters the course at point of exit. This includes ducking under any flagging marking the boundaries of the finish chute. Short cutting the course by any racer will result in disqualification of that team.
